Race Report: Long Run Circuit Race

I drove out to Long Run park with Jim Beers. He lined up for the Masters 40+ and I raced the 3/4's, along with Brian Mountjoy.

The 3/4's field was maxed out at 100 racers. The course was dry and windy as hell. I was not expecting much from my race, and it matched my expectations. I struggled to hold the pace and was blown out of the group a couple laps in. I spent a lap feeling sorry for myself, then regrouped and found some legs. Managed to get together with a small group and we worked our way up through the remnants of the field. All in all, a good day of race training and a bad day of racing.

They don't have me on the official results, but I finished 46th.
